Our Journey

Founded in 2008 by Sally Temple, a.c.e. emerged from a peer research project focusing on the needs of vulnerable young people. Designed with input from young people themselves, a.c.e. has consistently prioritised their voices in its development. In 2011, a.c.e. became a registered charity, steadily growing to extend its impact. Our mission is to support children and young people aged 10 to 25 in North Lancashire, helping them improve their mental health and build emotional resilience. We offer a range of therapeutic services and work collaboratively with families and other organisations to foster recovery and progression.
