I have started, led and advised charities in a number of different capacities and sectors for over 20 years. Having been asked to review ACE’s sustainability in late 2025 I was appointed to lead the charity through a significant period of change and transition as the founder and several other key people step down from their roles over the next year. My main roles will be to bring strategic leadership, line management, fundraising experience and capacity, financial management, marketing and communications, external relations, succession planning and implementation, and supporting the Board to strengthen their governance and oversight of the charity. Away from work I love nothing better to walk in the hills with my dog and family and sail in the lakes.
