Our young person director Sophie delivered a training workshop that was written by other young people at a county conference on Thursday. The workshop was entitled “Young People Mental Health And Stigma” The participants at the conference were foster carers and social workers. The evaluation of the workshop was very positive One participant wrote “10 out of 10. Brilliant presentation. Beneficial Information and discussion.”
The fee from the workshop will go to support A.C.E. work into an account that is managed by young people. The young people that support A.C.E. have written 2 training workshops for adults and have carried out several research projects.
